Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef at the Winding Wheel - Harvester. You will lead a kitchen section, guide your team to work as one, and step in for the Head Chef when needed.

You’ll be driven to smash targets, train and inspire your team, assist with food ordering and stock control, work with a branded menu, manage Chefs and the kitchen team, ensure health and hygiene standards, and contribute to a supportive, social workplace with great staff perks.

Job description

As a Sous Chef atthe Winding Wheel - Harvester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
