Job summary

Woolpack is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step in when the Head Chef is away. You’ll manage food prep, ordering and stock control while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef is expected.
• Ability to train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Experience with branded menus and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run a kitchen section with your team.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations and brand standards.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu and team management.
• Oversee Chefs and Kitchen Team and drive targets with your team.

As a Sous Chef at the Woolpack, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
