Job summary

Harvester – Winding Wheel is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section with energy and pride. You’ll train and guide your team, stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence to keep service smooth and consistent while maintaining our fresh rotisserie, grill and salad standards.

In this role you will manage food ordering, prep and stock control, ensure branded menu standards are met, and uphold strict health and hygiene regulations. Competitive salary awaits the right candidate.
