What’s involved?

Your guidance and experience at Michelin or 3 AA Rosette level will be invaluable to a young team eager to learn and progress their careers. This role will showcase your skills assisting the Head Chef to ensure the day-to-day running of the kitchen runs at an optimal level. The Restaurant operates Wednesday to Sunday with serving tasting menus.
