Location: Dakota Hotel, Newcastle
Overview: We are seeking a creative Chef with strong leadership skills to join our Kitchen Team as Sous Chef. Dakota Newcastle is a stylish, new hotel on the Quayside with 118 bedrooms, including 33 suites, and features such as a Bar & Grill, Champagne Room, Cigar Terrace, and an event space for up to 60 guests.
Interview Schedule: All interviews will be conducted during the week commencing 26th May 2025.
Contract and Pay: Salary is competitive and will be discussed at interview. The role is permanent, with a minimum of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7, including regular weekends.
