Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc seeks a Sous Chef for the Swan Holme. You will run a kitchen section, train a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering great food and guest experiences.

You will support food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are followed, while inspiring colleagues to work as a cohesive unit.
