Mitchells & Butler plc (Vintage Inns – Fowlers Farm, Essex) invites a Kitchen Team Leader. You’ll work with the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, master the menu, and train great people.

You’ll drive the team to hit targets, assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards in a busy pub kitchen.
