Job summary

Head Chef role at Swan, within Vintage Inns, part of the Innkeepers Collection with an attached hotel. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team to deliver high-quality dishes and drive guest satisfaction while managing ordering, prep and stock control. You’ll work with a branded menu and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy dining environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality food.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

As Head Chef at the Swan you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 8room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
