Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC are hiring a Sous Chef for the Swan Holme / Vintage Inns portfolio in Lincoln. You will lead a kitchen section, train the team, manage food ordering and stock, and step in for the Head Chef when needed. The role emphasizes delivering great dishes and a welcoming guest experience.

You will work in a pub-style kitchen within a brand-rich environment, ensuring consistent quality, health compliance, and teamwork to achieve targets and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing a section.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Experience with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities
