Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Manchester. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, contribute to menu development, manage stock, and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen with excellent quality.

You will mentor junior staff, uphold high standards, and motivate the team to deliver fresh, quality food with every service. A pathway for development and progression is offered within our pubs, inns and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to develop menus and manage stock effectively.
• Ensures a safe, compliant kitchen and high sanitation standards.
