Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire seeks an experienced sommelier to lead wine service and cellar operations. You will train staff, work with the restaurant team on wine pairings, and deliver wine events that enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, purchase and manage a cellar of 300 wines plus.

Salary: £30,900 per annum plus monthly tronc typically £3,400 annually

• Capable of creating, purchase and manage a cellar of 300 wines plus
