Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a renowned fine dining restaurant in Kent to recruit an experienced Sommelier. You will lead the wine service, guide guests through the list, and design pairing recommendations to elevate each dining experience.

You will work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain exceptional standards, develop your wine knowledge, and deliver a genuinely personal service that reflects the restaurant's commitment to detail and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as sommelier in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of wines, regions and producers.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to upsell and tailor wine experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the wine list and recommend pairings.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH to deliver seamless service.
