Job summary

Change Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Sommelier for one of London's most exclusive private members' clubs. You will deliver exceptional wine service from a curated programme and engage discerning members with confidence and poise.

You will maintain the wine cellar, recommend pairings, train colleagues, and uphold the club's high hospitality standards. Luxury hospitality experience and a real passion for wine are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent wine knowledge and the ability to advise on pairings.
• Experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels or private members' clubs.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and confident engagement with members.
