Job summary

Owen Daniels in Wolverhampton is seeking a Solutions and Product Support Engineer to support IP/IoT, electronic and software-based systems. You will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot remotely and on site, and assist with product development, testing and documentation.

Background in fire alarms, Nurse Call or access control is advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical/electronic or technical systems.
• Understanding of IP/networked systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot electronic, IP and software-based systems remotely and on site.
• Support product development, testing and implementation.
• Provide customer training and technical guidance.
• Produce technical documentation and resolve/escalate issues.
