Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Projects Team in Keele, near Stoke-on-Trent. The role covers delivering electrical and automation solutions across multiple projects from design and procurement through to commissioning and after-sales support.

You will review schematics, specify and procure control panels and electrical equipment, support FAT and site activities, and collaborate with project managers, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience delivering electrical projects in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Knowledge of electrical schematics, UK standards and instrumentation.
Strong communicator with customer/supplier facing experience.
Experience with control systems and control panels.

Responsibilities

Deliver electrical and automation solutions across multiple projects.
Review schematics, wiring diagrams and project documentation with suppliers.
Specify and procure control panels, instrumentation and electrical equipment.
Support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting and site activities.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams and subcontractors on bids and costs.
