Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions Limited in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Multi-Disciplined Engineer to service and maintain fire and security systems across Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking.

The role includes training opportunities, commissioning support, and a commitment to high-quality service for clients across multiple sites within a growing national group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified).
• Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking systems
• Demonstrate a willingness to undertake fire alarm training and develop into a fully multi-disciplined engineer
• Provide support with the commissioning of systems, when required
• Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company's service management system
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
• Participate in the Company's out of hours callout rota
