Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Strong background in Pre-Sales - Solution Engineering.
• Strong customer relationship builder.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Familiar with Sales methodologies - MEDDPICC - Command of the Message.
• You live in the UK and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer value during the sales process and align to business problems.
• Own customer technical engagement and relationships.
• Deliver technical validation through whiteboards, demos and POVs.
• Document use cases in blogs and product docs.
• Travel up to 30%.
