Cingularity is seeking a Sales Engineer with a broadcast background to join our team and help drive growth across the UK. You will engage with clients from initial contact through project initiation, identifying requirements and shaping tailored solutions with the sales, engineering and operations teams.

This role offers remote-first work with monthly London office visits and occasional travel for key meetings or events.

Formación

• Strong proven experience as a Broadcast Engineer or similar, ideally educated to a degree level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in designing solutions in telecoms, video IP delivery and broadcast services.
• Excellent working knowledge of telecoms products, markets and models.
• Ability to document customer requirements and translate them into solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and design appropriate solutions with the customer, sales, and engineering teams.
• Develop revenue-generating solutions aligned with customer timelines.
• Grow and maintain customer relationships and inform technology strategy.
• Document solutions with diagrams and drawings for customers and internal teams.
• Engage with suppliers for proposals, quotes and BOMs.
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
