Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers uncover the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. The role offers remote-first work across time zones and the chance to solve unique data challenges daily.

You’ll own customer technical engagements, demonstrate value during the sales process, and contribute to product documentation with use cases and blog posts, while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Strong background in Pre-Sales - Solution Engineering.
• Strong customer relationship builder.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Familiar with Sales methodologies - MEDDPICC - Command of the Message.
• You live in the UK (residency required).
• Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process and align to their business problems.
• Own the customer technical engagement and relationships.
• Deliver technical validation to the customer through whiteboards, Demos and POVS.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
