Job summary

EngineersOfAI is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Greater London. In this role, you'll support Sales teams, assisting customers to evaluate and adopt Algolia solutions effectively. A successful candidate will have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, understand software development languages, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include customer evaluation processes, developing custom applications, and serving as a technical advisor while ensuring a smooth transition to post-sales processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS.
• Previous software development experience in Front End or Back End technologies.
• Great oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Teams on customer evaluations and adoption of solutions.
• Assist in the Sales process including demos and Proofs of Concept.
• Develop custom search applications leveraging Algolia tools.
• Advocate customer interests to Product and Engineering teams.
