Job summary

Algolia in London is seeking experienced Solutions Engineers to join our go-to-market team. You will own the technical pre-sales relationship, demonstrate the product and architecture, and deliver consultative solutions that win deals.

You’ll work with Account Executives, build prototypes and integrations using Algolia’s APIs, translate complex tech into business value, and help customers realize the platform’s full potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience (SE/SA/consultant/PM).
• Experience in SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales relationship across opportunities and accounts.
• Demonstrate Algolia product capabilities and underlying architecture to prospects.
• Address technical and business objections and deliver consultative solutions.
• Develop prototypes and integrations using Algolia APIs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
• Support post-sales handoff with Product and Engineering teams.
