Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, seeks a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of deals, run complex evaluations, and guide customers from discovery to proof-of-concept using their data.

You'll partner with Sales, build POCs in the Omni platform, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to feed back field experiences, shaping product direction while helping customers maximize value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence with customer-facing skills.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to perform analytics with data.
• Familiarity with modern data stack including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift and dbt.
• Interest in growing a pre-sales career path.
• Passionate about working with data and helping others learn.
• Experience with external customers; consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team on technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Build and present POCs in the Omni platform as part of the evaluation process with customer data.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and influence product direction.
