Job summary

Omniplex Learning is seeking a commercially driven Presales Solutions Specialist to join our Presales team in the UK. You will bridge Sales and Product, demo the platform, and shape strategic opportunities.

You will lead discovery sessions, design tailored demonstrations, articulate business value, and position platform capabilities. Hybrid work with 1–2 days in our St Albans office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in presales, solutions engineering, or a similar SaaS-based role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience delivering product demonstrations.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of complex sales cycles, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales to support complex presales opportunities and shape solutions.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and integrations.
• Translate customer needs into compelling, solution-led propositions highlighting business value and technical capability.
• Act as a subject matter expert, developing product knowledge and collaborating with Product teams.
• Influence deal progression and support proposals, RFIs and RFPs through strong technical positioning.
