Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer in Maidenhead, UK. You will be the technical expert for Advanced Observability, driving compelling demos, PoCs, and technical evaluations for the sales team. You will collaborate with innovation labs, Experts Services, CSMs and marketing to articulate business value and win opportunities.

Travel up to 30% to engage customers and partner ecosystems. You will work across teams to evangelize Dynatrace, lead solution assessments, and support RFIs & RFPs,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
3 years of experience within the observability space.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate Dynatrace solutions at events and customer meetings.
Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions for multiple POCs.
Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives.
Guide Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Proposal stages.
Deliver on-stage demos at events or partner booths.
Provide feedback to Product Management to improve market fit.
Coordinate with partners and act as technical advisor.
