Job summary

Dynatrace in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Analyst to help 4–8 clients advance digital experience insights. You will connect deep-dive analysis to business outcomes, work with backend trace data, and align performance improvements with client goals.

The role emphasizes mentoring, coordinating across multi-team engagements, and identifying new use cases to increase DEM adoption while delivering value through reliable analytics and stakeholder storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics is required.
• 3–5 years of experience with data analysis and presenting findings clearly.
• Must be a UK citizen and fluent in English; French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect deep dive analysis to business outcomes and leverage back-end data to pursue root cause.
• Manage complex accounts with multiple teams, juggling priorities and deadlines.
• Effectively delegate and work alongside Support to address client requests.
• Proactively push new use cases, demonstrating the value of increased adoption and utilization.
• Regularly share key wins and value stories with the Squad for internal and client deliverables.
• Play an active role in mentoring new members, including discussions and shadowing sessions.
• Engage in POCs, perform analysis, and present findings.
