Job summary

Dynatrace LLC in Worcester, England seeks an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer with deep Dynatrace expertise to own and lead observability initiatives across large-scale production environments.

You will implement and optimize Dynatrace, design end-to-end observability solutions, mentor other engineers, and act as a technical SME, guiding incident response and production troubleshooting within a major technology programme.

Qualifications

• Deep Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• Hands-on configuration and ownership of Dynatrace in production environments.
• Strong SRE/production engineering background with observability focus.
• Experience with instrumentation, metrics, alerting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE and observability engineering across complex production environments.
• Own Dynatrace implementation from configuration through to production troubleshooting.
• Mentor and guide engineers, acting as SME on observability strategy.
