Job summary

As SME across the Geotab ecosystem, you will collaborate with sales, product and customer support to deliver solutions, upskill partners, and maintain documentation while staying current with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME on Geotab ecosystem and empower partners and end-users.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Identify customer needs, propose viable solutions, and upskill partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to surface feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engagements and deliverables.
- Analyze business challenges and propose alternative approaches.
- Support partner upskilling across channels and industry verticals.
