Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer to showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users. You will identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and support partners in overcoming business challenges.

The role involves delivering technical demonstrations, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams, and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation. A customer-focused, communicative, and tech-savvy approach is essential in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and customer-facing experience.
Experience in software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration.
Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs and related technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on the Geotab ecosystem to empower end-users and partners.
Conduct technical activities from discovery and requirements to demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with revenue teams and product management to surface feedback and drive improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of engagements and deliverables.
Support partner upskilling and tailor solutions to customer needs.
