Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer to showcase Geotab solutions to partners and end-users, identifying needs and delivering customized technical demonstrations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across sales, product, and support teams.

You will work in a flexible hybrid environment in the UK, with opportunities to contribute to ecosystem growth, customer success, and ongoing product feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted.
• Experience in a relevant technical field, such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration, with a customer-facing focus.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the Geotab ecosystem to empower partners and end-users.
• Conduct technical activities from discovery to demonstrations and presentations for customer engagements.
• Assess and analyze partner and end-user business challenges and propose viable solutions.
• Support partner upskilling and maintain accurate documentation of engagements.
• Collaborate with revenue teams and product management to surface feedback and drive improvements.
• Keep records of solution designs and deliverables following department processes.
