Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer who excels at teaching complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work with leading customers to design data-driven solutions, helping close deals and shape their data strategies.

You will partner with Account Executives, distill technical detail for buyers, and craft content that showcases practical data architecture and integration options. A proactive, curious mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Martech or data solutions.
• An ability to discuss data platforms with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales and customer expansion.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical concepts clearly to customers and teams.
• Partner with Account Executives to remove obstacles in the sales process.
• Create compelling technical content for customers and internal teams.
• Engage data engineers, product managers, and marketers to tailor solutions.
