Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in London seeks a Team Leader Solution Engineer to lead a group delivering enterprise data products and services. You will manage client engagements, guide technical decision-making, and partner with sales, TAMs and service delivery to meet complex data integration needs.

You’ll drive adoption of best practices, mentor engineers, and communicate with senior client technologists to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in one or more languages.
• Proven development leadership and mentoring of technical teams.
• Strong ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with real-time data applications and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solution engineers delivering client engagements.
