Job summary

WUNDERTALENT is seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams, driving technical discussions with online retailers and brands scaling cross-border using our SaaS platform.

You will lead technology strategy and integration discussions with prospects and clients, both in-person and virtually, acting as the technical contact for integrations and providing best-practice guidance to maximise platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in API, solution architecture or client-facing technical consulting with SaaS.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and surface technical objections.
• Provide guidance on optimal integration approaches and best practices to maximise platform effectiveness.
• Act as technical point of contact for integrating clients and prototype integrations in merchant environments.
• Deliver ongoing education and technical support to partners to drive adoption and expansion.
