Job summary

WUNDERTALENT is building an AI-powered front desk product for UK service industries. We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to design and ship the systems that power our commercial team, not a pre-sales role — you’re here to build the backbone the business runs on.

You’ll contribute production code (Python/TypeScript), work with APIs and data, and drive automation that improves funnels and data quality. 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong technical degree from a leading university are required;

Qualifications

• Real developer experience with production code (Python/TypeScript).
• 2–5 years of experience across engineering or related roles.
• Strong technical degree from a leading university (Russell Group or international).
• LLMs in practice: agents, tools, retrieval and unattended workflows.
• Evidence of building automation that a business depends on.
• Commercial intuition with funnel metrics and data-driven thinking.
• Data quality work: enrichment, matching, deduplication.
• Ownership mindset and ability to ship with non-technical colleagues.
• Translate business issues into actionable insights.
