Job summary

Optimove in Dundee is seeking a creative, detail-oriented CRM Marketing Associate to join our customer-facing teams. You will help clients deliver best-in-class campaigns while growing your expertise in marketing technology and customer engagement.

You will implement and report on CRM campaigns, develop strategies, build email templates, and analyze performance. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in the Dundee office and opportunities to learn and advance in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Hybrid role: required in Dundee office two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
• Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.
• Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.
• Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.
• Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
