Job summary

Encord is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the core technical expert for complex customers and to partner with Account Executives to architect and implement solutions at the cutting edge of AI.

You will lead technical discovery, build customised demos and POCs, and own end-to-end implementation of data ingestion, preprocessing, dataset management, and platform integrations, including multimodal data, LiDAR, and robotics contexts.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5+ years in a customer-facing AI/solutions role
• Proficiency in Python and ability to write production-grade scripts
• Experience with REST APIs and SDKs is preferred
• Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure) and ML concepts
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value for senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise sales cycles with Account Executives
• Conduct deep technical discovery sessions with stakeholders across ML engineers to leaders
• Architect, build and deliver highly technical, customised demonstrations and POCs
• Own end-to-end technical implementation of POCs with robust data ingestion and platform integrations
• Guide prospects through security, architecture, and integration evaluations for multimodal data and robotics
• Translate complex architectures into clear business value for Directors, VPs and CTOs
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap
