Encord, the universal data layer for AI, is hiring a Product Engineer to own features end-to-end—from API design and backend systems to the UI used by annotation teams, ML engineers, and compliance officers.

You'll deliver scalable backend services and polished front-ends, collaborating with customers and design to ship high-impact features rapidly while maintaining strong CI/CD and testing practices.

Qualifications

• Solid track record shipping full-stack products.
• Deep fluency in Python or TypeScript.
• Strong front-end with React experience.
• Experience deploying to cloud (GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience at startups or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable back-end systems and intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Work with ML workflows and tooling for model evaluation.
• Iterate rapidly on product with strong CI/CD and testing.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and design to deliver value.
• Shape team processes and architecture with input from the whole team.
