Job summary

Encord is redefining the data layer for AI, helping 300+ teams train and run models on the right data. The Solutions Engineer will be the technical expert, partnering with Account Executives to architect解决solutions for prospects on the cutting edge of AI.

You will own end-to-end POC delivery, build robust Python pipelines, and guide customers through complex evaluations, particularly in robotics and multimodal AI. London-based with strong cloud and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, with ability to write production-grade scripts for data ingestion and integration.
• Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy with Account Executives for complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Conduct deep technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to architect complete technical solutions.
• Architect, build, and demonstrate highly technical POCs for customer problems.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation of POCs, with robust Python scripts for data ingestion and pipeline work.
• Advise prospects on security, architecture, and integration evaluations, including multimodal data and robotics data.
• Translate technical findings into clear value propositions for senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap.
