Job summary

Encord is building the universal data layer for AI, with a team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI. We’re looking for a frontend-focused full-stack engineer to help deliver high-performance tools for data acquisition, ingestion, curation, and verification at scale.

You’ll collaborate with robotics and autonomous systems teams, owning projects end-to-end, from architectural decisions to deployment, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with high-performance frontend work.
• Experience with 3D rendering or WebGL for spatial data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; React is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infra (GCP) and container deployment (Kubernetes).
• Experience in robotics or Physical AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance frontend experiences rendering complex 3D scenes.
• Work across the full stack from data pipelines to frontend visualization.
• Own projects end-to-end from decisions to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with visual, spatial, and sensor data to understand the physical world.
• Tackle complex domains at large scale with simple solutions.
• Take initiative and continuously seek improvements.
