The Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering solutions for customers through various professional services such as low-level design, Wi-Fi surveys, and installations.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Pre-sales technical support for the commercial team
2. Listening to and understanding customer needs, then scoping, designing, and building solutions to address their challenges
3. Providing 3rd line support to the service desk as required
4. Researching emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and improve existing architecture
5. Providing technical leadership in project work

The Solution Engineer should have the following skills:

• Hold a relevant qualification (CCNA at a minimum)
• Demonstrable experience in wired and wireless technologies
• Previous experience with pre-sales
