Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (“SE”) to join our Go-To-Market team. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with technical skills, focusing on driving adoption and sales of our developer platform: Echo.

The SE will engage with prospects, deliver demos, and manage the technical sales process. Reporting to the Head of GTM, the role requires confidence in customer-facing environments and presenting to technical stakeholders like CTOs and Engineering Heads. Familiarity with blockchain data, web3 developer tools, and crypto APIs is essential, with a focus on closing deals and revenue growth.

This is a remote role for candidates based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Applications from other time zones will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales: Collaborate with the Echo team to engage prospects as the technical SME. Manage a pipeline and drive technical sales from initial contact to approval.
  2. Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct discovery sessions, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored demos and POCs to showcase Echo’s value.
  3. Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between prospects and product/engineering teams, providing insights to guide development.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of APIs, developer tools, and blockchain development (dapps).
  3. Ability to read Solidity; coding skills are a plus.
  4. 2+ years in an early-stage startup environment in crypto.
  5. Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
