Role Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join the organisation as a Solutions Engineer. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support to the business development team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and identify opportunities for integration.
• Demonstrate product functionality and capabilities to clients through API calls, demos, and proof of concepts.
• Create comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Support clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring successful integration and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to drive product enhancements and improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in roles such as solutions engineer, sales engineer, and solutions architect, preferably with a B2B SaaS or FinTech background.
• Strong technical background, with experience in API integration, software development, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to align technical solutions with client objectives.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
