What’s In It For You?

• Location: Remote (MUST be based in Midlands/Birmingham)
• Work type: Permanent

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the commercial team.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead the technical aspects of projects.
• Research, develop, and approve new and existing solutions.
• Provide 3rd line support to the service desk.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Full Driving License & Access to a vehicle is essential.
• Pre-sales experience is essential.
• Strong customer-facing experience is essential.
• Experience putting together scope of work and pre-sales documentation.
• Experience delivering large networking projects would be advantageous.
• A background working in a Service Desk environment would be preferred.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) would be desirable.
