What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the commercial team.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead the technical aspects of projects.
• Research, develop, and approve new and existing solutions.
• Provide 3rd line support to the service desk.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Full Driving License & access to a vehicle (essential).
• Pre-sales experience (essential).
• Strong customer-facing experience (essential).
• Experience in creating scope of work and pre-sales documentation.
• Experience delivering large networking projects (advantageous).
• Background working in a Service Desk environment (preferred).
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (desirable).
