THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Job summary

The Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) will strategically pursue new ALM enterprise customers within key industries in the UK and internationally. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and building deep relationships, delivering tailored ALM solutions to meet complex needs.

Your role in our mission:

  • Lead UK ALM Sales Strategy within a defined account base, developing and executing a sales plan to prospect and cultivate new ALM business, achieving individual sales quotas.
  • Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with targets, including initiatives and leadership buy-in.
  • Utilize industry expertise and networks to uncover opportunities, establishing relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead solution development to create customized ALM strategies aligned with customer goals.
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to contract signing and activation.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value.
  • Negotiate client contracts and SLAs to maximize value for IRM and clients.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Proven success in selling IT solutions to senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, workflows, and ITAD sales.
  • Deep industry experience and relationships with ITAD stakeholders.
  • Experience selling complex IT services into large environments.
  • Track record of managing a business book and closing high-value opportunities.
