Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of consulting and software implementation experience.
• Experience with business process management and SaaS delivery models.
• Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work with a cross functional, remote team and coordinate project escalations.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Partner with customers to evaluate systems and map requirements to objectives.
• Manage project timelines, risks, milestones, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Present NAVEX products and provide functional and technical expertise.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and PSA tools to optimize project management.
• Travel 10–15% may be required.
