NAVEX is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through implementing our risk and compliance software. You will manage project timelines, configure software solutions, and deliver online trainings.

This hybrid role emphasizes client success, collaboration, and continuous growth within a fast-paced, high-performance culture. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or implementation, fluent German, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, project management, and/or implementation role.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to all NAVEX customers.
• Set expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate our customers to deliver within scope and on-time.
• Coordinate internal and external resources via verbal and written communication for the flawless execution of customer projects.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, prioritising project responsibilities, executing project deliverables and tracking projects to successful completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Configure customer software using proprietary tools.
• Provide project status updates and reliable project completion forecasting to your team manager at regularly scheduled meetings and as requested.
• Maintain individual Key Performance targets (customer satisfaction, on-time completion, utilisation, etc.).
• Work on other exciting internal initiatives, as specified by your team manager.
