Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, project management, and/or implementation role.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to NAVEX customers.
• Set expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate customers to deliver within scope and on-time.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of customer projects.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, prioritising responsibilities and tracking to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Configure customer software using proprietary tools.
• Provide project status updates and reliable forecasts to the team manager.
• Contribute to other internal initiatives as requested.
