Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Customer Lake CDP to guide strategic customers from architecture through deployment, delivering demos, POCs, and engagements that drive adoption and value.

You will partner with marketing, data, and GTM teams across global territories, translating complex data and activation requirements into scalable, governance-driven solutions on cloud platforms, including identity resolution and audience activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP, MarTech, or data engineering with client-facing experience.
• Experience designing and delivering customer data activation solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, audience activation, and action algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers from design to deployment of CDP projects.
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to drive adoption across territories.
• Act as trusted advisor to CMOs and data leaders to propel product adoption.
• Create workshops, POC plans, and collateral to scale customer success.
• Translate field insights into strategic inputs for product and engineering.
