Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for Customer Lake to guide strategic customers through data, identity, and activation solutions within a unified CDP framework. You will design architectures, build audiences, and help customers achieve real-time, personalized experiences across channels.

You will work with marketing and data stakeholders, deliver demos and POCs, and influence product direction with field insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDP/MarTech or customer data engineering expertise, with 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience designing and delivering client-facing customer data and activation solutions (audience building, activation, and governance).
• Familiarity with composable-CDP architectures and platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe, Segment, Treasure Data, Braze, or similar.
• Understanding of first- and third-party data, identity graphs, consent and privacy signals, and martech/adtech destinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations across data and marketing projects.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across territories.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and marketing/analytics leaders to drive product adoption and vision.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops, POC execution, and creating customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations.
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges to ensure customer success.
• Refine the POC intake process to maximize scoped engagements.
