Job summary

Metronome, a Stripe product, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Solutions Engineering team in London. You will own the technical side of the customer lifecycle from discovery through demos, POC, and handover to post-sales.

In the first months you’ll learn to articulate a clear value story and tailor demos for engineering, product, operations, and finance stakeholders. Travel to meet prospects and win deals. A growth mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical and/or customer-facing SaaS roles
• Academic background in a technical area with high EQ
• Growth mindset for fast-moving startups
• Exceptional communication skills across technical, GTM, and finance stakeholders
• Excitement for building GTM playbooks and processes

Responsibilities

• Tell a clear value story about how Metronome solves challenges in a modern monetization stack
• Assist in planning, building, and running customized demos for diverse buyers (engineering, product, operations, finance)
• Travel to meet prospects in the field; on-sites and workshops anywhere in the world
• Land deals for startups to enterprise SaaS; own knowledge areas and POCs
• Represent the Solutions Engineering group as a deal team member and handle detailed scoping
